GENERAL RULES – YOUNG REBELS WITH A CAUSE

1. Registration and Acceptance of Rules

By registering and participating in the camps and activities of Young Rebels with a Cause, participants and their parents and/or legal guardians accept these rules.

2. Safety

All activities are supervised by the Young Rebels with a Cause team of instructors and coordinators. For activities that require specialized knowledge, a trained expert will be present.
All equipment used meets current safety standards, and all activities comply with applicable regulations.
Participants will be covered by accident insurance and civil liability insurance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The amount paid as a reservation fee is non-refundable, except in exceptional cases evaluated by the organization. Likewise, if a participant decides to leave the camp or activity before its conclusion, no refund will be provided.

4. Health Documentation

Each participant must bring their health insurance card or an equivalent document (a photocopy is sufficient).

5. Illness or Accident Cases

If a participant feels unwell, has an accident, or shows symptoms of illness, the Young Rebels with a Cause team will immediately contact their family to inform them and take the necessary measures.

6. Medication and Medical Treatments

If a participant is following a medical treatment, any medication must be handed over to the camp or activity management by their parents/guardians.
All medications must be accompanied by a written authorization specifying the dosage and administration schedule. Participants are not allowed to carry any medication without explicit authorization.

7. Dietary Needs and Special Diets

If a participant requires a specific menu (due to medical reasons or food allergies), this must be communicated in advance in the registration form. Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs will be considered as long as they have been previously reported.

8. Personal Belongings

The organization is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Participants are advised not to bring valuables, as they could be lost or damaged.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • The consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or any illegal substances.

  • The possession of dangerous objects (sharp, pointed, or flammable items, etc.).

  • Acts of vandalism or theft.

  • Any violent, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply with these rules will be reviewed by the coordination team and may result in the participant’s removal from the camp or activity without the right to a refund.

10. Discipline and Respect

The Young Rebels with a Cause project promotes mutual respect, collaboration, and positive coexistence. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards their peers, the instructor team, and the environment.

11. Use of Electronic Devices

To ensure full immersion in the experience and encourage social interaction, Young Rebels with a Cause will store mobile phones and other electronic devices for the entire week.

12. Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a participant or their guardians fail to comply with these rules, the camp directors and instructors will review the case and notify the legal guardians. Necessary measures will be taken, including the possible removal of the participant from the camp.
